Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. While we do not offer refunds, we are happy to facilitate an exchange for any unworn, unwashed merchandise with original tags within 15 days of purchase.

How to Exchange Your Item(s)

  1. Eligibility: Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached. Exchange requests should be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Complete the Form: Fill out the Exchange Form included in your package, clearly mentioning the size or item you wish to receive in exchange.

  3. Pack & Ship: Securely pack the items along with a copy of the invoice. Send the parcel via a traceable delivery method (courier or registered post) at your own expense to our consumer department.

  4. Processing: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your replacement will be processed and shipped within 7 business days.

Important Notes

  • No Refunds: We follow a strict "No Refund" policy. All sales are final, but we are happy to help you with an exchange for a different size or product.

  • Shipping Charges: Original delivery charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the items to us.

  • Defective Items: In the rare case that you receive a defective or incorrect item, we will bear the return shipping costs and ensure you get the right product.
