If you receive a product with defects, kindly notify us within 48 hours of receiving the item. We will guide you through the return process to our address in Pakistan, with all associated shipping and customs charges covered by the customer. Generally, we do not accept exchanges or refunds, except in cases of verified defects or exceptional circumstances.

Price & Content Information

While we endeavour to maintain accurate pricing and content, occasional errors may occur. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for items listed at incorrect prices or with inaccurate descriptions.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including stock limitations, pricing inaccuracies, or issues identified by our fraud avoidance department.

Delivery & Customs

  • Charges: International shipping is calculated based on destination and weight.

  • Duties: Customs duties and taxes are not included in the price and are payable by the customer to the courier upon delivery.

  • Timelines: Adila Asif is responsible for dispatch, but we cannot control delays caused by courier partners or customs inspections.

Care Instructions

For Formal Outfits , they should be Dry Clean Only. Please note that any damage caused by handwashing, machine washing, or improper care will not be covered under our returns or exchange policy. We are not liable for shrinkage or deterioration resulting from non-dry-clean methods.
